I had a mixed experience dealing with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) of Africa. While their overall service was good, I faced some issues with the claims process. It took longer than expected to get a resolution for my claim, and the communication could have been better. However, the customer service representatives were helpful and polite.
