I recently hired a chimney service for my home maintenance needs and decided to give A1 chimney service a try. Overall, I found their service to be average. The technicians arrived on time and were professional in their demeanor. They performed the necessary chimney cleaning and inspection efficiently. However, I was slightly disappointed with the level of communication. I had to follow up multiple times before getting a clear response regarding the scheduling and pricing details. It would have been more convenient if they had been more prompt and proactive in their communication. Nevertheless, I appreciate the quality of the work they carried out. My chimney is clean and functioning well. Based on my experience, I would rate them as an average chimney service.
