المرة الثالثة كان الزوج في إيه في أسبوع. تم إرسال أول مرة إلى المنزل لا تزال تعاني من الألم ولا أعرف ما هو الخطأ. في المرة الثالثة التي جلست فيها بالخارج في السيارة ، كان الجو باردًا لأكثر من ساعتين بسبب سياسة عدم الزوار ، قيل لهم إنهم سيبلغون الموظفين بأنني كنت هناك ولم يتم الاتصال بالانتظار أو تحديث ما يجري. كان الموظفون وحارس الأمن غير محترمين ووقحين للغاية

كان ابني يعاني من حمى وسعال شديد. لقد كانوا لطفاء لكنهم لم يفعلوا شيئًا أعطاه بعض الإيبوبروفين وأعادونا إلى المنزل. بالكاد فحصه. الآن هو يشتكي من أذنه مؤلمة ونحن نذهب مرة أخرى إلى مكان آخر. كما كان على خطيبي الدخول لكونه مريضًا للغاية قبل بضعة أشهر والطعام المزعوم .. لم تأكل أي شيء منذ أكثر من 12 ساعة. رهيب.

لا أحد يحب أن ينتهي به المطاف في غرفة الطوارئ في وقت متأخر من مساء يوم الأربعاء ولأننا من خارج المدينة لم نكن متأكدين إلى أين نذهب. على الرغم من وجود ما يبدو أنه منزل كامل إلى حد ما ، فقد اهتم الموظفون بنا كثيرًا. من التسجيل إلى التمريض وتقنية الطوارئ والأشعة (الأشعة السينية والتصوير المقطعي المحوسب) وتقنية المختبرات و DO ، كان الجميع طيبين وداعمين. تم إجراء الاختبارات والنتائج بكفاءة وتم إعلامنا بذلك. شكرا جزيلا لمناوبة الليلة الماضية!

انتظرنا 20 دقيقة في غرفة الانتظار قبل أن يأتوا لإحضار زوجي الذي تضاعف من الألم. ثم قضينا 7 ساعات هناك فقط ليتم إعادتنا إلى المنزل دون تشخيص. كل ما حصلنا عليه هو أنه قد يكون مصابًا بفيروس أو شيء من هذا القبيل.
