However, the overall time it took to fix my car was longer than expected and I found the communication to be a bit lacking. 📞 There were several instances where I had to call them to get updates on the progress of my car. 💬 Additionally, the quality of the repair was decent, but not exceptional. Some minor issues were left unresolved. On a positive note, their towing service was prompt and efficient, which was a relief in a stressful situation. Overall, the B&J Body Shop and Towing provided an average service. I would recommend them if you're in need of a quick fix, but don't expect anything extraordinary. 🤷‍♀️🚙
