يا له من مكان مروع ، يؤسفني السماح لأطفالي بحضور نادي الأولاد والبنات. أرسلت منطقة المدرسة بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى أولياء الأمور لإخطار الجميع بأنهم قد دخلوا في شراكة معهم لاستيعاب التعلم عن بعد. لديّ 5 و 6 سنوات ولم يكن هناك يوم واحد تم فيه إكمال واجباتي المدرسية. عندما قمت بإرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى منسقة الموقع لتسألني لماذا أخبرتني أنهم لا يستطيعون العمل مع كل طفل على حدة ، وإذا لم يعجبنا ذلك ، فيمكننا طلب رعاية الأطفال في مكان آخر. بعد ذلك ، بدأ ابني في "الكتابة" وتم إبلاغنا أنه بعد 3 عمليات كتابة سيتم طرد الطفل من البرنامج. اتصلت زوجتي بالمدير لأن ابني يعاني من اضطراب فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه وهو مفرط بطبيعته ولم يخبرونا مرة واحدة أن هذه ستكون مشكلة. أكدت لنا المديرة أنها سوف تتأكد من أن أطفالنا يكملون واجباتهم المدرسية ، وكان ذلك غير مقبول وسألت عما إذا كان بإمكاننا إحضار بعض ألعاب التململ له وقد فعلنا ذلك. الآن في صباح اليوم التالي ، سألني منسق الموقع عما إذا كنت قد أحضرت لابني ألعاب تململه وفقًا لتوجيهات المخرج وقلت لها نعم وأعطيتها حقيبة مليئة بألعاب تململ. ثم في وقت لاحق من ذلك اليوم ، تلقينا مكالمة تفيد بأن ابني البالغ من العمر 6 سنوات لا يستمع ويستمر في خلع قناعه حتى يضطروا إلى إزالته من البرنامج. سألتها زوجتي ماذا عن محاولة العمل معه ، فهو مصاب باضطراب فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه وقد ذكرت بنفسك أنك تتفهم الصعوبات التي يجلبها هذا. قالت لنا "طاقم العمل لديّ غير مجهزين للعمل مع الأطفال المصابين باضطراب فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه" لم أكن أعتقد أن الطفل يمكن أن يُطرد بسبب حالة طبية! رائع! أنا في حالة عدم تصديق مطلق وأتمنى ألا يمر أي شخص آخر بذلك. سأعطي نجومًا سلبية إذا كان هذا خيارًا!

أحب أن أرى نادي الأولاد والبنات في مقاطعة ستانيسلاوس يُحدث تأثيرًا كبيرًا على الجيل القادم. إنهم يواصلون خدمة شبابنا بشكل جيد وأنا فخور بدعمهم في جهودهم.
