لا أوصي بهذه الشركة لأي شخص ، خاصة أولئك الذين لا يتحدثون الإنجليزية بشكل جيد و / أو ليس لديهم فهم جيد لعملية شراء المنزل! لم يكتمل الإغلاق الخاص بنا إلا بعد 16 يومًا من الحد الأقصى البالغ 45 يومًا المنصوص عليه في العقد. أدى التأخر في السداد إلى مصاريف إضافية لكل من المشتري والبائع بلغ مجموعها 1500 دولار. قوبلت محاولة حل هذه المسألة مع الإدارة بالإنكار والانحراف.
