قرية العطلات / الإدارة اليومية .... يا لها من تجربة مروعة. حجزت وحدتين لمدة 3 ليالٍ ... لحضور ندوة لمدة يومين. كانت الفكرة هي الصعود يوم الجمعة وشراء البقالة والذهاب إلى الغرفة وتناول الطعام. صباح السبت ، اكتشف مجفف الشعر لم يعمل. بعد ظهر يوم السبت في استراحة الغداء ، اكتشفنا أن البقالة التي تبلغ قيمتها 100 دولار والتي كانت في الثلاجة ، لم نتمكن من تناول الطعام لأنها كانت مجمدة ومدمرة. قمنا بتسجيل المغادرة يوم الأحد ، بدلاً من البقاء. قوبلت محاولة استرداد جزء من المبلغ المسترد عن الليلة التي لم نقم فيها وخسر المال (أكثر من 250 دولارًا) بالفظاظة والعداء وإلقاء اللوم علينا لعدم الإبلاغ عن الأشياء في الوقت المناسب (كان من المفترض على ما يبدو أن نفوت جزءًا من فصول باهظة الثمن دفعناها للحضور للإبلاغ عن اللجوء إلى أنهم لم يقدموا ما تم دفعه مقابل ذلك) لقد عرض علينا استرداد 30 دولارًا للكارثة. يرجى ملاحظة أننا عرضنا ، لم نر ذلك بعد.
