I recently had the opportunity to work with Electro Mechanical Services (EMS) and overall, my experience was average. The technicians were knowledgeable and performed the necessary repairs efficiently. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally got through, the representative seemed disinterested and not very helpful. Additionally, I was not impressed with their website. It was outdated and difficult to navigate, making it challenging to find the information I needed. While EMS completed the job satisfactorily, there is definite room for improvement in terms of communication and online presence. Considering the price I paid, I expected a higher level of service. Although I would consider using their services again, I would also explore other options before making a final decision.
