As a customer, I recently had an average experience with the health center. While the facilities were clean and well-maintained, the overall service provided by the staff was lacking. The waiting times were quite long, and the receptionists seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. The healthcare professionals, although knowledgeable, appeared rushed and did not take the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and available treatments. Moreover, the organization of the appointment scheduling process could be improved, as it was confusing and I had to repeatedly follow up to confirm my appointment. On the positive side, the website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about the services offered. However, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and efficiency. Overall, I found my experience to be average and hope to see some improvements in the future.
