يبني منزل جميل في مواقع رائعة. اهتمام مذهل بالتفاصيل!

بناء المنزل جميل جدا مع العديد من الميزات الراقية. كان العمل أيضًا مستجيبًا جدًا لأي مشكلات كانت لدينا في المنزل وقمنا بإصلاحها / استبدالها / إعادة طلاءها خلال فترة زمنية تبلغ 1 عام. فلماذا استعراض نجمة واحدة فقط؟ كانت هناك مشكلة واحدة رفضوا معالجتها وهي الرطوبة الزائدة في مساحة الزحف. لقد أمطرت حرفيًا مساحة الزحف خلال فصل الصيف وتسبب في تكوين العفن على عوارض المنزل ، وصدأ سخان المياه ، وغمره من خلال عزل رافدة الأرضية. انتهى بنا الأمر بالاتصال بشركة خارجية لتغليف مساحة الزحف بتكلفة 12 ألفًا. غريب فقط كيف أن الباني الذي صنع مثل هذا الهيكل الجميل وكان على رأس كل المشاكل الأخرى كان يفتقر إلى هذا.
