I had a mixed experience with Hewlett-Packard Aguadilla. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were very helpful in resolving my issue. On the other hand, their products are average at best and I've had a few issues with them in the past. Overall, I would say they are an average company.

اشتريت طابعة HP M404dw التي بدأت تواجه مشكلات بعد 9 أشهر. إنهم يرسلون بديلاً لكنهم لن يحترموا ضمانًا جديدًا لأنهم يرسلون لي طابعة مجددة !!! أخبرتهم أن الطابعة الخاصة بي هي طابعة جديدة ، لذا يجب أن أحصل على بديل "جديد" ، وأنه لا يوجد مكان في الضمان ينص على أنه سيتم تجديد الاستبدال فقط إذا لم يتم إصلاحه ، فسيتم استبداله. تعني الاستبدال عمومًا الاستبدال بقيمة مساوية أو أكبر ، وليس أقل ... أخبرتهم قبل أن أتسوق مرة أخرى للمعدات سأفكر في كل هذا وربما أختار عدم شراء HP مرة أخرى وسأخبر الآخرين عن تجربتي. كان ردهم أنني أتبع السياسة فقط ، بلاه بلاه وقلت لهم أنه من الأفضل مراجعة المشرف ، وبالطبع انفصلت الدردشة بشكل غامض بعد ذلك SMH !!! حتى عندما توقفت مكنسة Shark باهظة الثمن عن العمل ، لم يرسلوا لي واحدة جديدة فحسب ، بل أرسلوا لي جهازًا جديدًا تمت ترقيته ، بما في ذلك ضمان جديد. لقد منعني هذا بالتأكيد من شراء HP مرة أخرى !!!
