من الصعب جدًا العمل معهم ، أخبرني الموظفون أن أمامك أسبوعين فقط لتحديد موعد بعد تلقي رسالتهم ، ثم يقومون بإلغاء إحالة طبيبك. في كل مرة أتصل فيها أحصل على قصة مختلفة عن الموظفين ، يبدو أنهم يرغبون في إعطاء أسباب لعدم تمكنهم من المساعدة بدلاً من إيجاد حل - يبدو الأمر وكأنهم يتلقون أجرًا لمنعك من الحصول على الرعاية. أشعر بالسوء تجاه كل هؤلاء كبار السن الذين يحاولون الحصول على مساعدة لتحسين صحتهم. أغلق هذا المكان وافتح مجموعة أفضل بكثير في مكانهم حيث تتطابق أفعالهم مع كلماتهم (= النزاهة) والخدمة هي مساعدة الناس! يوجد أطباء رائعين في ريتشموند ، هذا المكان يترك الجميع في ريتشموند.
