إذا كان بإمكاني منحهم صفر نجوم سأفعل. استخدم عملنا في هامبتون هذه الشركة لمدة 3 سنوات وكانت أسوأ تجربة وخدمة عملاء في حياتنا. بادئ ذي بدء ، السيدة هنا لا ترد على الهاتف أبدًا وفي المناسبات النادرة التي تفعلها ، تكون غير محترفة للغاية. عند الترتيب لنقل خدماتنا إلى موقعنا الجديد ، اتفقنا على ذلك وحددنا تاريخًا ووقتًا محددًا ولم يظهر أحد من قبل. عندما أخبرناها أننا كنا نفكر في تبديل الشركات لموقعنا الجديد (بعد أن لم يظهر رفاقهم مطلقًا) ، انحرفت تمامًا عن الشكل وحاولت تكتيكات اللحظة الأخيرة لمحاولة إقناعنا بالبقاء معهم. بمجرد قيامنا بإلغاء الشركات وتحويلها رسميًا ، ادعت أننا لم نلغها أبدًا واستمرت في شحننا !! علاوة على ذلك ، واصلنا تلقي المكالمات في منتصف الليل (منتصف الليل ، 2 صباحًا ، 4 صباحًا ، إلخ) لأن أجهزتهم في موقعنا القديم (التي تم نقلنا منها لأكثر من ثلاثة أشهر الآن) بها بطارية فارغة و لم تقم أبدًا بتحديث معلومات الاتصال لمشكلات ما بعد الساعة (ربما لماذا لا نزال نتقاضى فواتير) !! لقد حاولنا مرارًا وتكرارًا الاتصال بها بخصوص هذه المشكلة ولم ترد على الهاتف الذي أعاد الاتصال به أو رسائل البريد الإلكتروني الخاصة بنا. نحن نتخذ حاليًا الخطوات القانونية المناسبة مع محامينا لمعالجة الرسوم الزائدة (لدينا دليل كتابي على أننا ألغينا خدماتنا) وكذلك لمعالجة الإزعاج المتمثل في الاتصال المستمر في منتصف الليل للحصول على خدمة نوفرها كان ر في 3 أشهر. يقضي. بعيد!!!
