Worst experience of my life. It's now been 3 months and still don't have the 3 orbs we ordered.
Horrible customer service. Every time I ask for an update, I get an email from somebody named Jessica saying she's sick and it's delayed. 3 months of this!!
I asked for a refund. But now I have 10 days left, so I'm forced to dispute the
charge. This is a hard time for people, and rhe lack of customer service, emparhy, or any kind of business ethic is deplorable.
I regret ever trusting this company!
