ذهبت لزيارة أحد السكان لإجراء فحص التنسيب وشعرت أنني أُعامل كمجرم. اضطررت إلى الانتظار في مكتب الاستقبال واشتكى من أنني لم اتصل بالموظفين لإجراء تطبيق ، ثم أصر مدير الحالة على القدوم إلى غرفة المقيمين في جميع أنحاء غرفتي. زيارة غريبة جدا لا تعامل مثل هذا في أي منشأة أخرى.
