كانت والدتي البالغة من العمر 78 عامًا تتعافى مؤخرًا في Mercy بعد جراحة الركبة. زرتها عدة مرات ووجدتها سعيدة ومعتنى بها جيدًا. لقد استمتعت بالطعام ، وغالبًا ما كانت تحصل على أكثر مما توقعت ، وكان لها استجابة كبيرة من المساعدة ، وتم التعامل معها بشكل ممتاز من قبل مجموعة إعادة التأهيل. كانت شخصياً سعيدة بالطريقة التي دفعوها بها إلى الشفاء الصحي.

توفيت والدتي منذ أكثر من عام. أمضت الأشهر الأربعة الأخيرة لها في Mercy. أعيش في ولاية أخرى وكنت فقط في زيارة كاليفورنيا. بالطبع ، الذهاب إلى هناك يجعلني أفكر دائمًا في أمي ، وكنت أفكر في Mercy والرعاية الرائعة التي تلقتها ، واعتقدت أنني سأترك تعليقًا. بالنسبة لي كوني مقيمًا خارج الولاية ، كان من المهم جدًا بالنسبة لي التأكد من أن والدتي قد تم الاعتناء بها جيدًا. كنت أزورها كثيرًا خلال الأشهر الأربعة الماضية ، حيث علمنا أنها لم تستغرق وقتًا طويلاً. لقد عوملت أمي بأقصى درجات الاحترام والتعاطف من الجميع ، سواء كان ذلك من تمرة ، المخرجة ، وموظفيها المباشرين. الممرضات؛ أو طاقم الصيانة. لقد كانوا جميعًا مذهلين معها (ونحن كعائلتها). لقد رحبوا بي دائمًا وأجابوا على جميع أسئلتي. كانوا مليئين باللطف والرحمة. أشعر بأنني محظوظة للغاية لأنها كانت في مثل هذه البيئة الرائعة حتى النهاية. أود أن أوصى هذا المكان لأي شخص.

سيكون مركز Mercy Care مناسبًا للتقاعد ، وليس جيدًا لرعاية مستوى التمريض المدعوم أو الماهر. لديهم طاهٍ جيد ، غرفة طعام من نوع مطعم راقٍ ... لكن الرعاية في الغرفة رهيبة. كان أخي هناك لمدة 6 أشهر ... في العيش الماهر والمساعد .. أخيرًا في السرير على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع لمدة شهرين. لم يُبقي نظيفًا ، انتظر ساعات بعد الضغط على الزر لاستدعاء المساعدة .... أسابيع للاستحمام .... أكثر من 6 أسابيع لغسل شعره بالشامبو ... من الواضح أن هناك ادعاء بالرحمة كونها منشأة كاثوليكية ، مثل لقد كانت ذات مرة ، لكن أخي لم يتمكن حتى من إحضار القربان إليه بعد قداس الأحد في قاعة ميرسي. لقد عشت بعيدًا ، لذا لم يكن بإمكاني سوى الاتصال والشكوى وطلب رعاية أفضل ... نصيحتي: ابتعد إذا لم تكن متحركًا أو انقل قريبك من هناك إذا كان يحتاج إلى مزيد من المساعدة. مسؤول
يجب استبدالها بشخص يفهم وظيفتها بشكل أفضل. ليس لدى قسم الفواتير أي مشكلة في وظيفتهم .... ترتفع التكلفة الشهرية لدينا إلى أكثر من 8300 دولار (للخدمات المدرجة التي لم يتم تسليمها). اعترضت وتم تخفيض هذه الفاتورة الضخمة بعد رفض دفعها.

الحمد لله ، وصلت ممرضة رعاية المسنين اللطيفة أخيرًا قبل 3 أسابيع من وفاته .. تستحم 3 مرات في الأسبوع في السرير ، وتغسل شعره وتحافظ على نظافته وراحته. باركها.
