On 12/28/23 $224.00 was billed (STOLEN) from my checking account for my annual insurance fee which was paid in November in full. They called this a 'system error' and had NO information on any specifics as to when this would be resolved/refunded. It is now 1/12/24 and I have heard NOTHING from them. I've filed a claim with my bank and now I'm over drafting on items that would have been covered by the money they stole and refuse to return to customers. They are engaging in illegal financial fraud and federal and state laws are being violated any time an unauthorized charge occurs to an account. This company is shady at best - avoid at all costs. They are thieves and liars.

This company is horrid, untrustworthy and thieves. They deducted (stole) money from my account FOUR times in December 2023. They were EXTREMELY difficult to contact. When I finally reached someone, they gave me a story about “ computer/system malfunction.” They further lied stating, “we’ve requested money be refunded (another lie).”
It is now January 10th, my money has STILL not been returned.
I have sent numerous emails, spoken to supervisors all to no avail. They are not even registered with BBB ( imagine that).
Steer very clear of this shady “ business.” My monthly payment is only slight over $18.00. They took that amount around December 12th, then stole an additional $264.00 on December 27th. Why were they even in my account on a date payment NOT DUE????
Steer clear, or you too will have to take legal action against them.

On 12/27, this company charged my bank account three times in the amount of 40 dollars, totaling 120 dollars in unauthorized charges. Customer service told me it was a glitch when they “reset the system,” and as soon as the pending charges cleared, the money would be automatically refunded. Well, the money cleared the same day, and they have not refunded me a dime. They are no longer answering emails or calls, so I had to file a dispute with my bank. I’m lucky it was only 120 dollars. Some people have been charged up to 800! Who knows how many people this affected. It’s terrible. Stay away from this company.

This company took $189.00 out of my bank account I called twice on 12/27/23 Nobody could tell me the ETA of my $$. I called again on 1/5/24 the CSR stated that I can expect my $$ returned or before 1/17/24. I am so mad. As of today, my $189.00 has not been refunded. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

أسوأ شركة تأمين. لقد تواصلت للإلغاء قبل التجديد التلقائي وقاموا بتحصيل الرسوم مني على أي حال. عندما أدركت الرسوم، يمكنهم فقط استرداد 10 دولارات. لدي كل الأدلة لكنهم لا يهتمون.

أسوأ شركة للتعامل معها. لم يكن لدى أي من وكلائهم أي فكرة عن الرسوم التي تم أخذها من حسابي. كان علي أن أتحدث مع 10 أشخاص وأن أتوقف لمدة 3 ساعات للحصول على بعض الإجابات في النهاية. الناس الرهيبة ووقاحة للغاية

وصفتهم بالانزعاج من التجديد التلقائي لأنني نسيت الإلغاء بعد استدعائي إلى الخدمة الفعلية. لقد كانوا لطيفين للغاية وأعادوا لي الرسوم الجديدة وأرجعوا لي الوقت الذي ذهبت فيه إلى السياسة القديمة. شكر!

توعية المشتري!!! أتمنى أن أعطيهم صفر نجوم! من الأفضل عدم وجود تأمين من استخدام هذه الشركة. لقد كان لدي تأمين المستأجر معهم لسنوات. ثم تعطلت المضخة الغاطسة في مبنى سكني وغمرت المياه شقتي بالكامل. أبلغني المالك أنه من المقرر شراء دفعة سيئة من Lowe's. وأوضحوا أنهم غيروا مضخة الصرف ثلاث مرات في الأشهر الثلاثة الماضية. تلقيت تقارير صيانة من مالك العقار توضح كل هذا وأن شقتي غمرت بالمياه في أسوأ حالاتها. تم رفض ادعائي من قبل شركة Millenial Specialty Insurance لأنها كانت تمطر ليلة حدوث ذلك. تضمنت سياستي تغطية الأضرار الناجمة عن المياه. سيفعلون أي شيء وكل شيء على الإطلاق لرفض مطالبتك. لا تستخدمها أبدا !!!! وغني عن القول ، لقد تحولت إلى شركة تأمين أخرى على الفور.

لا يمكنني حتى التحدث عن سياستي التي لن يلتفتوا إليها ،

لقد حاولوا سرقة المال مني ولم أسجل في هذا التأمين! اضطررت للذهاب إلى البنك الذي أتعامل معه للاعتراض على المعاملة.

إنهم يتقاضون 2 دولار شهريًا (كل شهر) كرسوم تقسيط بالإضافة إلى الاقتباس الشهري المقدم. مجرد كتابة هذا هنا لإعلام الناس.

لقد مر ما يقرب من 3 أشهر منذ أن قدمت مطالبتي ولم يتصل بي شخص واحد. سلوك مثير للاشمئزاز وغير نزيه. لن تتم قراءة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني ، ولا يتم إرجاع المكالمات وكلها للمطالبة التي تقل قيمتها عن 1000 دولار

الناس ودودون غير سعداء بالتأمين عند تقديم مطالبة للتأمين على المستأجرين

كيف لا تغطي فساد الطعام. هذا هو في معظم سياسات المستأجرين القياسية. لا يمكنني التبديل.
