The therapists seemed knowledgeable and professional, but the ambiance of the spa left a bit to be desired. The facility could use some updating and better maintenance. I also found the website to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly, which made it difficult to find the information I needed. However, the massage itself was decent and the therapist was attentive to my specific needs. I appreciated the fact that they offered a variety of services to choose from, but I did feel like the prices were a bit on the higher end compared to other spas in the area.
