نقوم باستئجار منزل على شاطئ نافارا من ResortQuest by Marriott و Vacasa Rentals. موظفو الخدمة ودودون ولكن ليس لديهم نية لإصلاح المشكلات التي تواجهها مع العقار. إذا تحدثت إلى ResortQuest by Marriott ، فإنهم يلومون المالك و / أو Vacasa. إذا تحدثت إلى Vacasa فإنهم يلومون ماريوت أو المالك. يبدو الأمر كما لو أنهم قاموا بإعداده بهذه الطريقة عن قصد ، للعب تمرير المسؤولية.

2 ـ تكمن في الكتابة.

1) أكدنا كتابيًا قبل الحجز أن جميع وسائل الراحة تعمل بشكل صحيح. وأكدوا كتابةً أن هذا هو الحال.

2) أخبرونا أنه إذا لم يتمكنوا من معالجة هذه المشكلة ، فسيتم نقلنا إلى عقار مختلف. بعد 3 أيام أبلغونا أنه لا يمكن القيام بذلك.
