عندما انتقلت لأول مرة. الشقة بها صراصير. أخبرت المديرة وقالت إنها ستصلحها. بعد حوالي أسبوع ، كان لديها بالفعل شخص ما أتى برش الشقة. لقد سلمت أيضًا حركتي في قائمة التحقق وأخبرتها أنني بحاجة إلى سلسلة سحب لمروحة في الوحدة (لم أتلقها أبدًا) على مدار الأشهر الستة التالية ، توقفت الثلاجة عن العمل. كان علي أن أسأل عدة مرات عن واحدة جديدة (لم أستلمها أبدًا!) كان الحوض في المطبخ مسدودًا دائمًا. تكاثرت الصراصير وكانت تزحف في كل مكان على الرغم من جهودي في التنظيف. تحدثت إلى بعض الجيران وقالوا إن الصراصير كانت تقصف ذهابًا وإيابًا بين الشقق. الوحدات الطرفية ليس لديها طاقة وكانت تعمل على تشغيل أسلاك التمديد بسبب الدائرة القصيرة المستمرة.

كان المالك أو مدير الممتلكات لطيفًا بالفعل. فقط بحاجة إلى نار تحت مؤخرتها لإنجاز أي شيء. لم يكن المكتب مفتوحًا أبدًا خلال ساعات العمل العادية ، ثم كان لا يزال لديه الجرأة لفرض رسوم تأخير. لم يكن لدي ماء ساخن لمدة 3 أشهر في شقتي وكل ما يمكن أن يقولوه هو أنهم كانوا يعملون على ذلك! الحمد لله أنا أعمل في فندق. لم يعتذروا أبدًا عن أي شيء فعلوه (أو الأفضل من ذلك ، لم يفعلوا!)
