I recently had an experience that didn’t meet my expectations. While the variety of insects offered was impressive, the customer service left much to be desired. Communication was slow, and I found myself waiting longer than anticipated for responses to my inquiries. 🐜

When my order finally arrived, I noticed that the packaging was not as secure as I would have hoped, resulting in some of the specimens being less than lively. It was a bit disappointing, considering the effort I took to place the order.

I appreciate the concept and the potential for something great, but my experience fell flat. I hope they can enhance their customer support and attention to detail in the future. 🦗
