الشركة نفسها غير منظمة إلى حد كبير وهناك ثقافة اللوم التي تنتشر داخل الشركة. التواصل بين الموظفين هو أكبر عيب ، حيث يتم إخبار الموظفين بأشياء مختلفة من قبل أشخاص مختلفين من الواضح أنهم ليس لديهم أدنى فكرة ولا يعملون على حل أي من المشكلات. لدى UYR عدد كبير من الموظفين (يقول الكثير مما هو مرغوب فيه) ويتم توظيف الموظفين فقط على أساس أنني كنت سأحمل عبء العمل عن الإدارة ، والتي من الواضح أنها لا تهتم بالموظفين الجدد الذين يظهرون استعدادًا للتعلم. كان جميع موظفي المكتب لطيفين ومرحبين ، لكن مدير الاستوديو لم يكن كذلك. أوضح من هم المرشحون ولم يكن لديهم الوقت للمبتدئين الجدد. لدي القليل من الاتصالات أو لم يكن لدي أي اتصال من مدير الاستوديو أو أي فريق آخر في معظم الأيام. موقفهم من الموظفين الجدد وقح وجاهل للغاية وقيل لي إنني مكثت هنا لفترة كافية بعد أسبوع ، نعم أعني أسبوع عمل كامل. وشمل ذلك تعلم كل شيء عن الوظيفة ومن المتوقع أن تحقق أهدافًا غير واقعية. الجميع يشتغل كالكلاب ، يعمل أكثر من اللازم ويتقاضى أجراً زهيداً! ناهيك عن الأجور المخيفة والمنخفضة الأجر! نصيحتي لأي شخص يرغب في التقدم للعمل هنا ألا تضيع هذه الشركة وقتك وتتجنب هذا المكان مثل الطاعون.
