يبدو أن سياسة "عدم استرداد الأموال" الخاصة بـ Wow هي مجرد إجراء عقابي يجعل من الصعب على العملاء التغيير إلى شركة محاسبين مختلفة في حالة عدم رضاهم عن الخدمة المقدمة.

لذلك باختصار ، إذا كنت ترغب في توظيف شركة محاسبين لن تقوم برد الأموال المدفوعة على الحساب فيما يتعلق بالعمل الذي لن يقوموا به (حتى لو كنت عميلاً لعدة سنوات) ، فقد تكون هذه هي الشركة لك.
