دخلت الساعة 8 مساءً الليلة ، في يوم الجمعة العظيمة ، غير مدركين أنهم يغلقون في الساعة 8 مساءً. استقبلتني الفتاة التي كانت خلف المنضدة التي كانت تسلم قرصين DVD بشكل مفاجئ عبارة "نحن مغلقون". عندما تساءلت عن سبب تقديمهم الخدمة ، ذكرت أنهم وصلوا قبل الساعة 8 مساءً ... قلت موافق. كانت ابنتي البالغة من العمر 20 شهرًا قد ركضت في هذه الأثناء إلى الجزء الخلفي من المتجر حيث توجد الإصدارات الجديدة ، لذلك بدأت في السير لأخذها وصاحت الفتاة في وجهي حرفياً. "الآن سيدي ، نحن مغلقون الآن". قلت "سأحضر طفلي. لا تتحدث معي هكذا." بمجرد أن التقطت ابنتي سألت الفتاة عن اسمها الذي قالت إنه تشارلي ... ثم خرجت. يجب إقالة تشارلي.
لذلك ذهبت إلى آلة Hoyts DVD على الطريق. على الأقل تحصل على خدمة جيدة من هؤلاء!
