لدي ابنة أخي ، شخص غريب الأطوار بني اللون ، كان بحاجة إلى العلاج. منذ حوالي عام ، اتصلت بهذا المكان بناءً على توصية ، وذهبت إلى الجحيم محاولًا إقناع شخص من قسم الاستشارات بالرد على مكالماتي. لم يرد أحد أبدًا ، تركت رسائل بريد صوتي ، وسأنتظر 3-5 أيام ولن أتلقى أي رد ، لذلك سأقوم بالاتصال مرة أخرى.

اشتكيت أخيرًا إلى مدير المركز وحصلت على اتصال ، وكان الشخص الذي اتصل بي ساخطًا للغاية وكان موقفه فظيعًا ؛ ثم أشعلتني من خلال محاولة اقتراح * أنا * كنت أملك موقفًا فظيعًا وأظهر "امتيازًا" من خلال عدم السماح لهم بالتنمر علي على الهاتف لأنهم منزعجون من سلوكهم الفظيع وغير المهني.

مر الآن بعد مرور عام ، ويتقدم معالج ابنة أخي في مكان آخر ، لذلك أردت أن أجرب هذا المكان مرة أخرى ، لكنني مرة أخرى أتصل وأترك ​​رسائل لم تتم إعادتها.

إذا كنت أعتقد أن هذه المنظمة تأخذ الصحة العقلية للشباب LGBTQIA + على محمل الجد ، فسأحتاج إلى معرفة أنه يمكنهم فعل شيء بسيط مثل الرد على مكالمة هاتفية تتعلق بالصحة العقلية للطفل في إطار زمني معقول ومهني.

للأسف لا يمكنني أن أوصي بمركز شباب العلية كمكان إيجابي للغرض الذي يدعون أنه يخدمونه.
